Executive Function Strategies

July 11, 2019 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm

Does your child have difficulty with:

  • managing their time,
  • following multiple-step directions,
  • completing assignments independently, or
  • developing a plan to accomplish a goal?

If you answered “yes” to any of these, your child may need support in developing their executive functioning skills. Executive functions are “a set of processes that all have to do with managing oneself and one’s resources to achieve a goal.” Children need strong executive functioning to manage the complexities of school, peer interaction, and life outside of school.

Join us for a FREE webinar with presenters Darcy Bernitt and Carrie Titlow from the Palmyra-Macedon School District. Darcy and Carrie will provide multiple concrete strategies that families and educators can use to support children who have challenges with executive functioning.

This webinar will not be broadcast in our office. To participate, you must have access to a computer at another location – your home, office, or other facility.
