Planning for the Future with James Traylor

James Traylor returns to provide his guidance on the various government benefits and services that can support adults with disabilities to live independently in the community. James will also talk about the rules, best practices and potential pitfalls for individuals with disabilities and their families.

About the Presenter:

James is a sibling, advocate and professional who has focused his entire professional career in creating the organization of choice for families planning for a family member with a disability. He is a national speaker and regularly provides continuing education for legal, financial and tax professionals on planning for an individual with a disability. He is the immediate past Chair for the New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council, a former member of the board of directors for the ARC of Monroe County, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester and the Society of Financial Services Professionals (FSP), a graduate of Partners in Policymaking, and a 2009 Rochester Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient.
